Thank goodness for Protechs, Inc.! They came in the middle of the night and began immediately to reassure me that all would be cleaned up and made good as new. Over the week they explained what they were doing and checked on me. They also followed up with me after the services were complete. My insurance adjuster was very pleased that I had contacted Protechs, Inc. He took all the information collected by them and found it unnecessary to inspect my home and the damages in person.
